What other data do we collect? 

Data necessary to process the order, without which it would not be possible to prepare and deliver the order to you, such as name, surname, company name, email, delivery address, telephone number.

If you make a payment by electronic banking, you enter all your personal data relating to the payment directly to the bank. Payment is made after redirection to the bank's payment gate. The bank will provide us with information on successful or unsuccessful payment. The bank never provides us with data such as account balance, login details, card number, etc. Therefore, you do not have to worry about paying online using card.

After registration, you have access to an account in which you can clearly find an overview of orders. The customer account also contains your personal data, which you filled in during the purchase / contact and you can change it at any time.

Data obtained through cookies that are enabled by you.

For reviews and messages you send us using the online form, we collect information such as your first and last name, email, and phone number. We also obtain data on which device you visited us (mobile, tablet, desktop), so that we could optimise our website for your device so that you could visit our website without any errors.

Data retention period:

If you believe that we have incorrect information about you, you have the right to correct it. You can make such a correction through your customer account, which was created for you when you first ordered, or contact us via email.

Right to erase / forget

You have the right to delete the data we process about you, unless the data falls within the exceptions provided by law. For example, the data required for bookkeeping, which is required by law and the conditions set out here are met:

1. The data is no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained.

2. You revoke your consent to the processing of the personal data we hold about you and there is no other legal basis for their processing.

3. You will refuse the processing of your personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest or you will refuse processing for direct marketing on the basis of a specific situation that directly concerns you and there are no legitimate reasons for processing, such as legislative reasons.

Published personal data - if your personal data has been published with us and you request the deletion of personal data, we will also delete such data. We will ask our partners who have been the recipients of your data to delete them from the databases. Recipients of your data should delete it if is technically possible, taking into account available technology and the cost of implementing these measures.

If you cancel your user account with us, we will delete your data if possible, unless the data is necessary to comply with the legislation, for example due to bookkeeping or there are other reasons for its retention that prevent us from deleting.
